Here are some important items to remember.
RecycleBank ACCOUNT ACTIVATION:
Curbside Rewards is powered by RecycleBank. You will receive an activation mailer from RecycleBank within 7-10 business days after you receive your recycling cart. This mailer will explain the RecycleBank Rewards Program as well as how to activate your online account. If you do not receive your activation mailer, you can activate your account by phone (1-888-727-2978). When activating your account by phone you will need to provide your cart ID (located on the front of the cart).

The monthly service fee of $9.99 per month will be invoiced to you once every 3 months. You can receive a second cart at anytime for only $5/month extra.
Please note: If your cart is stolen or lost, please contact us immediately. Safe and secure storage of the cart is your responsibility. If it is not located after 30 days, we reserve the right to invoice you $50 for the replacement. Service is designed for front door service. If you need back alley service, please let us know by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For future reference please make sure to have your cart at the curb in front of your residence by 6:00 a.m. on your service date.

In order to ensure you maximize your reward points, we have listed the directions on what you can recycle right on the lid of the cart.
